Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a remote location with somewhat creative dinner options but lacks cleanliness. The rooms are in poor condition with issues like water leakage and broken furniture, making them uncomfortable. The services are limited by language barriers and stretched staff availability.
The hotel had some major drawbacks, with old and tired rooms that were worse than a hostel. The service was subpar, with attempts to cheat and being ignored. The location was not ideal, being far from markets and main activities. On the positive side, the facilities were beautiful, but not without sports equipment.
The hotel's location is out in nowhere and far away from markets and activities, making it inconvenient for exploring Antalya or reaching the airport easily. The rooms are in poor condition with water on the roof, loud AC, and a charge for room Wi-Fi. However, the dinner options are diverse and creative but may not suit everyone.
Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. The rooms were worse than a hostel, utterly disgusting, dirty, with mold on the ceilings, broken furniture, and ripped-up chairs. The air conditioning was faulty, and to add insult to injury, they charge a whopping 19 Euros per person for Wi-Fi access anywhere other than the lobby or pool. The beds were merely two single beds—nothing like the pictures. Every room had water on the ceiling, and the AC was so loud it was unbearable.
The hotel's rooms are old and disappointing, with issues like mold on the ceilings and broken furniture. The Wi-Fi comes at an additional cost, which is inconvenient. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, offering some hope in an otherwise lackluster experience.
The hotel overall was a disappointing experience for me. The rooms were old, tired, and in need of serious maintenance. The service was subpar, with some staff behaving unprofessionally. The location was not ideal for accessing nearby attractions easily. The dining options were limited. On the positive side, the hotel had some decent facilities on the swimming pool area.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms like poor toilets and leaks from upstairs, but they made up for it with a late check-out. The staff could use some improvement in their people skills, with some being lazy, but overall friendly. The location was quite touristy with signs in Russian and prices in Euros. The dining experience lacked variety, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel's location is far from markets and activities in Antalya and the airport. The rooms are old and not as depicted in the pictures, with issues like water on the room roofs and loud AC sounds. The service was poor, with rude staff members and challenges accessing basic room amenities. Despite the disappointing aspects, there are creative dinner options available onsite and the beach looks decent based on the photos provided.
The hotel had some serious issues. The rooms were old and not like the pictures, with water leaks in every room and very loud AC. The cleanliness was appalling, with mold on the ceilings, broken furniture, and extra charges for basic services like Wi-Fi. The service was a letdown, as staff spoke only Turkish and Russian, and the manager was unhelpful. The location, although touristy, was dirty and far from attractions.
The hotel's rooms are outdated and in need of maintenance; mold on the ceilings, old furniture, and loud air conditioning were issues. Charging extra for room Wi-Fi was inconvenient, and my room wasn't ready on arrival, although they accommodated a late checkout upon request. The staff could improve their customer service skills, except for the friendly individuals I encountered, making the service slow but satisfactory.
